This video-first campaign redefined Dermalogica’s brand storytelling, blending professional expertise with emotional connection. Shot from the perspective of a skin therapist, it featured real treatments, natural skin, and unscripted conversations between clients and professionals—highlighting the human side of skincare. With authentic sound design and high-energy pacing, the campaign positioned Dermalogica as the authority in results-driven treatments. It drove a 47.8% increase in new customer transactions and an 11% lift in Google brand search, establishing a new foundation for future content and brand storytelling.

The hero CTV ad brings viewers into the treatment room, capturing the authentic connection between a professional skin therapist and their client. Through real dialogue, natural textures, and intimate visuals, the spot highlights the expertise, care, and results that define a Dermalogica experience—showing that true skin health starts with human touch
Immersive by Design
We combined layered sound design with purposeful camera work to bring the feeling of a treatment to life. From the sound of product application to the rhythm of client voiceovers, every detail was crafted to evoke a sense of presence. Filming from the skin therapist’s point of view invited viewers into the room—highlighting the expertise, care, and human connection at the heart of every Dermalogica treatment.
